The Next Step
The next step is very simple. Just send an email to top-drawerone@moonlightventurepartners.com. In that email, without disclosing anything proprietary, briefly describe your idea such as:
- General business area (e.g., electronic, health, garden, toy)
- The stage of development (e.g., just an idea, prototype already built)
- Inventors (list all involved...first names adequate)
- Contact information (e-mail and phone number where you can be reached)
- Resume (if your resume is applicable to your area of invention, please attach also.)
- Other helpful information.
A simple form has been provided for your convenience. Fill out the simple questions using any text editor, and then save the form to your computer. Then submit the filled-out text file to us by attaching the file that you just saved to an email to top-drawerone@moonlightventurepartners.com. Your information will be reviewed by one of our principals and then followed up by a phone call or email.
Consider your e-mail just an introduction. Please include a phone number and e-mail address where you can be reached since our preference is to talk by phone first before moving to any next level. All of this is without any obligation or encumberance on your part.

DO NOT SEND ANY INFORMATION THAT IS CONFIDENTIAL OR PROPRIETARY.
While we apply a high level of integrity in our business dealings and do not expect to share any of your information with other parties, we are not bound to hold your information in confidence. MVP and its principals must be free of any confidences or obligations at this point for one simple reason: we may have already invented, developed, reviewed, or considered ideas similar to yours at an earlier time. Should we mutually desire to move to the next step of business engagement, we are prepared to enter into a confidential relationship at the appropriate point through a written non-disclosure agreement.
If you have not already documented all developments concerning your conception, reduction to practice, publication, sale, or disclosure of your ideas, please do so and keep for your own records at this time. (DO NOT send any of this information to MVP at this time.)
